- Is there
a cost for your services?
Not to the
candidate. A candidate is neither financially or contractually obligated
to CPC. Our fees are paid by the client companies.
- Am I obligated
to stay at a job for a given amount of time? What if I am not happy
in a job?
A candidate is not under a contract to stay for any given period of
time. If a candidate is not happy, he or she can leave the position
with no financial obligation on his or her part.
- What companies
do you work with?
Our client base is extensive, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to
the small and medium sized growth firms. We know where the jobs are
and which industries and companies are in a growth mode.
- Can I be
assured that CPC will conduct a confidential search?
CPC is not a resume house. We do not spread or e-mail your resume
to everyone in your industry. Companies come to us and before we submit
your resume, we discuss the opportunity with you. You have a part
in the decision as to whether you would like to interview with a given
firm.
- Please explain
your process to me.
As a candidate, you need to e-mail or fax your resume to us. After
receiving the resume, one of our consultants will set up either a
face to face interview or a phone interview with you. The purpose
of the interview is to learn about your education and experience and
to establish a realistic description of what you want your next opportunity
to be.
