   The placement fee is a percentage based on the candidate's estimated total compensation for the first year. Discounts can be given for volume placements.
   
   
2. What is your guarantee policy?
   
   CPC, Inc. gives a 90-day prorated guarantee.
   
   
3. How do you obtain your candidates?
   
   CPC has a vast data base of candidates, built up through many years in the business. The majority of our candidates are personal referrals, as well as applicants who have put their trust and career in our hands because of our longevity and reputation.
